Cancellations by Clients
Clients may cancel a job before work has started. If payment has already been initiated, refunds will be handled in accordance with the Just Work Refund Policy.
Clients are encouraged to cancel as early as possible to avoid inconvenience to service providers.
Cancellations by Service Providers
Service providers should only accept jobs they intend to complete. Cancelling a job after acceptance may negatively impact the provider’s account standing or future access to the platform.
No-Shows
Failure by either party to attend an agreed job without reasonable notice may be treated as a cancellation and may affect account standing.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute related to a cancellation, Just Work may review the situation and assist in resolving the matter fairly, where appropriate.
Platform Role
Just Work operates as a marketplace connecting clients and service providers. We do not perform services ourselves but may assist in dispute resolution where necessary.
Important Notes
- Cancellations should be made as early as possible
- Refunds are subject to the Refund Policy
- Repeated cancellations may affect account standing
- Support may be contacted for assistance with disputes
