Clients

Registration on Just Work is completely free. There are no signup, subscription, or membership fees for clients.

Clients may post jobs on the platform at no cost.

When adding a payment card, a small once-off card tokenisation fee may be charged by our payment processing partner to securely store the card for future transactions. This fee is separate from any job payment.

Clients are only charged for a job once the work has been completed and confirmed.

If a new card is added at any time, the same tokenisation process and associated fee may apply.

Failed Payments

If a card charge fails due to insufficient funds or other payment issues, additional processing fees may be incurred when the payment method is updated or retried. These fees are charged by third-party payment processors.

To avoid additional costs, clients are encouraged to ensure that sufficient funds are available before confirming payment.

Service Providers

Registration as a service provider on Just Work is free. Providers may create profiles, browse available jobs, and apply for work without upfront charges.

Service providers may choose to verify their accounts. Verification is handled by a third-party service and may include an administration fee to cover verification and processing costs.

Platform Administration Fee

Just Work charges a platform administration fee of 25%on successfully completed jobs. This fee is deducted automatically from the job payment.

The administration fee covers platform operations, payment processing, customer support, dispute assistance, and ongoing improvements to the service.

Transparency

All applicable fees are clearly communicated before any payment is processed. Just Work does not apply hidden charges.

Changes to Pricing

Just Work may update its pricing structure from time to time. Any changes will be communicated on the platform before taking effect.
