Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances, subject to review:
- Duplicate or accidental payments
- Technical issues that prevent proper use of the platform
- Job cancellations prior to work commencing, where applicable
Refund Process
To request a refund, users must contact Just Work support with relevant transaction details. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available in the following situations:
- Jobs where services have already been fully completed
- Disputes not reported within a reasonable timeframe
- Situations outside the control of the Just Work platform
Platform Role
Just Work operates as a marketplace connecting clients and service providers. While we may assist in facilitating refunds or resolving disputes, we do not directly provide the services listed on the platform.
