By accessing or using the Just Work platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Just Work provides a marketplace that connects clients with independent service providers. Users may only use the platform for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems or data without authorization.

3. Limited License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is a license, not a transfer of ownership.

• Modify or copy platform materials
• Use materials for commercial purposes without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit platform software
• Transfer materials to another person or server

4. Disclaimer

The Just Work platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Just Work, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

6. Third-Party Services

Just Work may integrate third-party services such as payment processors. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
